Lemon Leaves are the leaves of a lemon tree and are suffused with a subtle flavour of Lemon, hence used to add lemon essence to the cooking.
They can be used for aromatics, specially in teas like jasmine tea which is a singular culinary attribute of lemon teas. Lemon leaves can be wrapped around seafood and meats and can be roasted, steamed, or grilled. They can also be used to flavour kebabs, used in curries, and blanched and used to infuse tea with a citrus zing.
