Cooking steps

  1. Soak Soak 250 gm urad dal for 4 hours, then grind into a thick batter.
  2. Fry Fry small portions of batter in hot oil till golden brown.
  3. Prepare Soak fritters in water for 10 minutes then squeeze out excess water.
  4. Serve Place fritters in a bowl, cover with dahi, add chutneys, and a dash of masala.
  5. Garnish Top with fresh coriander and chopped onions.
