Also known as green eggplants, these are globular and medium sized having 9-10 cms length and 6 cms diameter. It is capped with dark green calyx and the outer skin is smooth and glossy. Brinjals find acceptance in wide variety of cuisines from Indian to continental to chinese preparations.
Long brinjal green is mostly used in curry preparations but also in burgers ,sandwiches, yogurt and chicken curry.
