Cooking steps
Preheat oven to 425º.
In a small bowl, add 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce, 1 tbsp sriracha, 1 lime juice, and 3 garlic cloves.
On a large baking sheet, toss 1 medium cauliflower in the sauce until fully coated. Season generously with salt and pepper. Spread into an even layer and roast until slightly tender, 30 minutes. Garnish with coriander and serve.
