This salad is perfect for people seeking for health and taste both at the same time! The creamy Avocado paste mixed with tasty fusilli pasta.
Cooking Steps
1. Boil some water and add Pasta into the boiling water with some oil and salt. Add corn and peas in the boiling water.
2. Once the Pasta is boil, drain the water using a strainer and drizzle some oil on the top so that it does not stick to each other.
3. For the creamy Avocado paste, add 1 whole Avocado, coconut milk with spinach and squeeze one lemon from top.
4. Add a pinch of salt, pepper and blend it into a paste.
5. Take pasta into a serving bowl, add the creamy avocado paste on it with some cherry tomatoes and mix it thoroughly.
6. Drizzle some Edamame seeds on top and serve!
