For more special occasions we offer a range of artisan breads that we make only on order. Our Artisan Breads are made with a starter which is slowly fermented with natural yeast. Each bread includes it’s own unique mix of sour starters, flour, grains, fruit, fruit juices, vegetables, nuts, fresh herbs and oils. Most of the work is done by mother nature, the process cannot be hurried up. It takes two to three days to prepare the loaves for baking.
