Cooking Steps
1. In a large bowl, add in the flour, baking powder, salt & sugar.
2. Make a void in the centre and pour in the milk, egg & melted butter; mix until it gets smooth.
3. Heat a lightly oiled frying pan, pour the batter on the pan, using approx 1/4 cup for each pancake.
4. Make it brown on both sides and serve hot.
