Microgreen Purple Radish is very small in size, averaging 5-7 centimeters in length, and has slender, thin, magenta-purple stems with gently lobed, heart-shaped leaves. The broad, smooth, flat, and tender leaves are dark purple and are tinged with dusty green.
Microgreen Purple Radish contains vitamin C, potassium, magnesium, vitamin B6, calcium, copper, and manganese. It adds brilliant color and a crisp, spicy flavour that is best reserved for savory applications. It is most commonly used fresh, as a garnish and can be added to soups, stews, and salads.
